I have made payment of my ground rent / insurance premium to my managing agent. Can you please contact them to transfer this to yourselves?

You will need to speak to the 3^rd party to which payment has been made to, to request a refund. However if a payment is already overdue, you will need to arrange payment accordingly. All of our correspondence is clear as to our payment details.
