E&J Estates Homeowner Portal How can I be sure that you are entitled to a payment from me? How much do you charge for your services to homeowners? What happens if I don’t pay on time? Why is Terrorism insurance arranged for my property? My Insurance invoice only gives me 14 days in which to pay. Can I spread my payments over a longer period? What is the difference between a statement of account and an invoice? What is a tenant reference number? I have received an invoice from you for a property that I have sold. I am in the process of selling my property, do I still need to pay my Ground Rent? I have sold my property, how can I obtain a refund of ground rent paid for after my period of ownership? Why has my account been referred to external solicitors? If my payment was late, why have you not tried contacting me via another method? You are sending me correspondence via email only, I was also expecting you to continue sending by post. You are sending me correspondence via email, however I do not check my emails regularly. Your email has been sent to my junk / spam email and I did not see it until after the due date had passed.
