Where can I find Leaseholder Disclosures and Policy Documents for my Home?

The FCA now requires brokers and insurers to provide certain information to leaseholders on insurance programmes arranged by freeholders. If insurance for your building is arranged by us, click here to access this information:

The 2026 Leaseholder Disclosures specific to your own Home will be available from early April 2026 on our Leaseholder Portal. To access the Portal:

1. Click this link to access the Portal
2. Click on “New User? Click here to register”
3. Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Reference Number
4. A link will be sent by Email to you to set your Password
5. Return to the Portal and Enter your Username (Your Email address) and Password
