Where can I find the insurance policy documents and leaseholder disclosures for my property?

You can access your insurance certificate and leaseholder disclosures by logging in to or registering for the Leaseholder Portal. Your insurance certificate confirms the insurer for your property. The 2026 leaseholder disclosures will be available from early April 2026.
