If you are buying or selling a property within our portfolio, you will need to obtain a sales/enquiry pack and ensure that all required notices and post-completion requirements are complied with in accordance with the lease.
The form can be completed by:
- Leaseholders.
- Solicitors acting on a transaction.
- Mortgagees in possession.
- Any other party with a legal or beneficial interest in the property.
What the pack includes:
- The sales pack sets out the requirements for the transaction, including:
- Details of any applicable Deeds of Covenant.
- Certificates of Compliance (where required).
- Notice requirements and associated fees.
- Other relevant leasehold information.
Key information:
- Packs will only be issued upon receipt of the applicable fee
- All requirements are determined by the lease and cannot be varied
- It is the responsibility of the transacting parties to ensure compliance
