Buying and Selling

If you are buying or selling a property within our portfolio, you will need to obtain a sales/enquiry pack and ensure that all required notices and post-completion requirements are complied with in accordance with the lease.

The form can be completed by:

• Leaseholders.
• Solicitors acting on a transaction.
• Mortgagees in possession.
• Any other party with a legal or beneficial interest in the property.

What the pack includes:

• The sales pack sets out the requirements for the transaction, including:
• Details of any applicable Deeds of Covenant.
• Certificates of Compliance (where required).
• Notice requirements and associated fees.
• Other relevant leasehold information.

Key information:

• Packs will only be issued upon receipt of the applicable fee
• All requirements are determined by the lease and cannot be varied
• It is the responsibility of the transacting parties to ensure compliance
